Managing Through Operational Crises

I have helped companies through operational crises that were adversely affecting their brand, the perceptions by their customers, and ultimately their ability to continue to operate profitably.

These issues were merchandise related and took the form of dire out of stocks, chocking overstocks, or severe imbalances in the ownership and/or deployment.

Managing Through Cash Flow Crises

I have helped companies operationally work through episodes of restricted cash flow by converting their largest asset, their trade inventory, into cash. By taking a clinical, granular look at the existing ownership and making pricing decisions that generate sales, I was able to help these companies through bottlenecks in their cash flow with minimal impact on the brand.

Comparative Store Growth

I have developed and implemented strategies at both the macro and micro level to change deteriorating trends in comparative stores. I have done this through combination assortment modification, weighted investment in product, and ultimately the deployment of the trade asset.
